The York Flex Bench with Leg Hold Down is perfect for a great strength workout on a dumbbell bench with many extras. The back position can easily be adjusted to any one of 6 incline positions (from 0-90 degrees) as well as to a full 30 degree decline. Adjustment is simple using the support cupping system. The adjustable leg hold down bar is used in the decline position to ensure you remain firmly on the bench and do not slide down it. The seat has an extra wide padded cushion with a fully contoured edge behind the knee to offer the greatest support when in the decline position. It also has a simple adjuster block system should you need to raise the seat for certain exercises. This clever bench has built-in impact-resistant wheels and a grab handle so it can be easily moved around the home or gym. It can also be expanded by adding the York Leg Developer and the Preacher Curl attachment (both sold separately). The bench measures 165cm (L) x 64 (W) x 48 (H) when in the flat position and has a maximum user weight of 135kg and a maximum lifting weight of 135kg. This item is suitable for light commercial use.
